Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GenViz AI at genviz.app and any related services (the "Service"), operated by GenViz AI LLC("GenViz", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Plans and credits

The Service is offered on paid subscription plans denominated in AED. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Generations consume credits at rates published in the Studio. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle; one-time credit packs, if purchased, follow the expiry rules stated at purchase.

3. Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Charges are handled by Stripe and you authorise us to instruct Stripe to charge your chosen payment method.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We may issue discretionary refunds for clear service failures — contact support@genviz.app within 14 days.

5. Ownership of generated content

Subject to your payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs you generate through the Service, to the extent such outputs can be owned under applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring the inputs you provide (prompts, reference images, brand assets) do not infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate UAE law or the laws of any jurisdiction where you operate.
• Generate content that is defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or incites violence.
• Impersonate real individuals or mislead consumers.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service infrastructure.
• Resell generation capacity without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund.

7. Third-party AI providers

Generations are executed by third-party inference providers (including FAL and Anthropic). Their availability, rate limits, and model behaviour are outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain continuity but do not guarantee any specific model remains available.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and incidents may affect access.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenViz disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where GenViz AI LLC is organised. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Wyoming, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
